<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air and water conveyor/cooler for hot loose materials such as heavy ashes produced by boilers or ashes and slag produced in various industrial processes of burning and baking. <P>SOLUTION: The air and water conveyor/cooler for hot loose materials mainly comprises a regulated metal container 1 connected to a boiler 2 or to an incinerator, a material 3 that leaves a combustion chamber falls from the boiler or the incinerator due to the gravitational effect. Inside of the container 1, a metal conveyor belt 4 is placed, the hot loose material 3 to be cooled is placed on the same.
