<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a means to eliminate the potential of generating an immune response to a specific therapeutic protein which may have a different amino acid sequence from a host. <P>SOLUTION: The modified therapeutic antibody comprises a therapeutic antibody comprising an antibody combining site which combines with a therapeutic target, wherein the antibody comprises being reversibly modified by a peptide which is a mimotope of a therapeutic target, and the peptide reversibly combines with the antibody combining site of the antibody. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
