<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blower capable of enhancing an air blowing characteristic in a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The air blower 100, which generates an air current with an ion wind by generating ions, includes a discharge electrode 110 for generating ions by discharging, and a counter electrode 120 facing the discharge electrode 110.
