<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening motion regulator capable of suppressing a collision between a door and an obstacle at a low cost while suppressing a deterioration in the usability of the door. <P>SOLUTION: This door opening motion regulator 20 comprises: a locking device 30 which is provided with the locking function of locking the door 11, provided in a vehicle body 13, between the full-closing and full-opening positions of the door; a rotary encoder 100 for detecting the opening motion of the door 11; a cabin-side switch 28 and an outside switch 26 of vehicle for releasing the locked state of the door 11 by an occupant's operation; and an ECU 22 which drives the locking device 30 so as to lock the door 11 when the opening motion of the door 11 is stopped for a predetermined period of time on the basis of the result of detection by the rotary encoder 100, and so as to release the locked state when the cabin-side switch 28 or the outside switch 26 of the vehicle is operated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
