<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely notify a driver of a seating state of a rear seat and a seat belt non-wearing state, to prevent enlarging of wire harnesses, and to simplify a device. <P>SOLUTION: A seating sensor 5 is provided at each of seating positions of a plurality of persons on the rear seat (RS). Wires 6 and 7 from a buckle switch 4 for sensing a fitted state of a tongue provided at one end of a belt body into a buckle and the seating sensor 5 are connected to a seat belt side connector 8. The seat belt side connector 8 is connected to an electric connection box 10 provided with a circuit board 11 mounted with parts 15 to connect a circuit of the circuit board 11 and the wires 6 and 7. The wire harnesses 9 including a wire connected to at least a power source and a wire for multiple transmission are connected to the electric connection box 10 to connect the circuit of the circuit board and the wires. A function circuit for connecting signals between the wire harnesses is formed on the circuit board in the electric connection box 10.
