<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of modifying a plastic molded article which imparts excellent water repellency, oil repellency, low friction properties, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-tackiness to a plastic molded article, and to provide a plastic molded article having excellent water repellency, oil repellency, low friction properties, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-tackiness. <P>SOLUTION: A linear guide apparatus 100 comprises a guide rail 11, a slider 12, a plurality of balls 13 arranged in a ball rolling passage 15, and a separator 18 inserted in between any adjacent balls 13. The separator 18 is formed of a polyetheretherketone resin and its surface has been subjected to an impregnation treatment by bringing the separator into contact with a compatibilized product of supercritical carbon dioxide and a fluorine based surface active agent and removing the supercritical carbon dioxide alone out of the infiltrated fluorine base surface active agent and supercritical carbon dioxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
