PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin coated aluminum alloy plate for a bottomed cylindrical case for a capacitor, which has good squeezing and stroking processability, with no cracking of resin coat at processing, with no peeling occurring between the aluminum alloy plate and the resin coat, and with no degradation of the coat nor corrosion of base material aluminum even in a stringent environment after molding processes. SOLUTION: The resin coated aluminum alloy plate includes a substrate of aluminum alloy plate, a chemically converted film formed on the surface of the substrate, and a resin coat formed on the surface of the chemically converted film. The resin coat is a cured object of resin mixture containing (a) polyester resin of which a number averaged molecular weight is 7,000-30,000 and a glass transition temperature is -20°C or higher, (b) epoxy resin, and (c) amino resin. The resin mixture contains (a) by 5 to less than 50 pts.mass, (b) by 10-90 pts.mass, and (c) by 5-41 pts.mass, with the total content of (a), (b), and (c) assumed as 100 pts.mass.
