PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent power from being supplied to an imaging apparatus connection section when an imaging apparatus is not connected, and to prevent an abnormal current to flow to the imaging apparatus when connecting the imaging apparatus to the imaging apparatus connection section. SOLUTION: An image processor 1 has: the imaging apparatus connection section 11 to which the imaging apparatus 2 for imaging a space region including an object to be imaged is connected removably; a power supply section 12 for supplying power to the imaging apparatus 2 through the imaging apparatus connection section 11; an imaging processing section 10 for extracting specific information on the object to be imaged from an image outputted from the imaging apparatus 2 and inputted through the imaging apparatus connection section 11; a separation detection section 18 for detecting the separation of the imaging apparatus 2 from the imaging apparatus connection section 11; and a power supply control section 19 for stopping power from being supplied to the imaging apparatus connection section 11 from the power supply section 12 when the separation detection section 18 detects the separation of the imaging apparatus 2 and for prohibiting the supply of power until the imaging apparatus 2 is connected to the imaging apparatus connection section 11 and the effectiveness of imaging is instructed.
