PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a warning to only a vehicle changing its course to make a right turn, out of a plurality of vehicles advancing into an intersection. SOLUTION: An intersection system is provided with a radio wave emission source detector 2 for detecting a radio wave emission source by receiving a radio wave from ITS on-vehicle devices 3a, 3b in the vicinity of the intersection, an imaging unit 18 installed in the vicinity of the intersection to pick up an image including the vehicles A, B advancing into an intersection, and a DSRC road side radio device 1 for collating the image picked up by the imaging unit 18, with positions of the ITS on-vehicle devices 3a, 3b detected by the radio wave emission source detector 2, and map data of the intersection stored in a memory 14, to specify the vehicle A changing the advancing road within the intersection, and for notifying an approach of a rectilinearly advancing vehicle C to the ITS on-vehicle device 3a of the vehicle A, by DSRC radio communication, when reaching to the area P1.
