PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip assisting tool advantageous in terms of assistance of long-time maintenance of grip of a human being. SOLUTION: The grip assisting tool comprises a band detachably attached to a wrist and a hook-shaped member attached to the band, and the hook-shaped member comprises a shaft part and a bent part extending in a lateral direction. When the band is attached to the wrist, the shaft part extends to a fingertip side along the palm, and the bent part is formed to project to the inside along the bent finger.
