PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing method of a thrust needle roller bearing improved in easiness in attachment. SOLUTION: Assemblability is improved in such a way that an outer ring race 21 is pushed in to an outer ring 11, and that a projection 21c is prevented from falling out from the outer ring 11 by a frictional force generated between the projection 21c and the outer ring 11. Furthermore, although a cylindrical section 21b is deformed so that it is bent slightly after the projection 21c engages with a periphery of the outer ring 11, a roller 23 rolls smoothly since its deformation hardly transmits to a disc section 21a, therefore truck surface is not deformed.
