PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, small and lightweight priming pump by making a pump member from an elastomer resin etc. SOLUTION: This priming pump has the pump member made of the elastomer resin in a cross-sectional U shape, a pump receiving member having an inflow port and an outflow port and installing the pump member, a pump room formed between the pump member and the pump receiving member and communicating with the inflow port and the outflow port, a spacer arranged in the pump room and having the function of adjusting the volume in the pump room, and a check valve respectively arranged in the inflow port and the outflow port, and is constituted so that fluid of the pump room is made to flow out of the outflow port by pressing the pump member, and the fluid is made to flow in the pump room from the inflow port by releasing pressing of the pump member.
