PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the safety of an operator, and to quicken and facilitate an arrangement operation. SOLUTION: Under the conditions where an arrangement position stop practicing declaration is performed, and also, a detection slide position and a set arrangement position are equal, although a forming movement command operation is continued, a motor rotation driving control is forcedly interrupted, so as to changed to an arrangement position stop control, and, under the conditions where the forming movement command operation is temporarily released, and also, the same is performed once more after that, the arrangement position stop control is released, so as to be changed to return to the interrupted rotation driving control.
