PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the rotational resistance and uneven wear of a rotating body and to prevent the fluctuation in a thrust direction of a rotary reel and the consumption of the rotating body by eliminating a rotation difference generated between a center side edge part near the center side of the rotary reel of the rotating body and an outer side edge part far from the center side of the rotary reel when simplifying a rotary reel moving mechanism accompanying the individual movement of the plurality of rotary reels. SOLUTION: In the rotary drum device, the peripheral surface of a roller 766 is formed in a tapered shape so that the diameter of the center side edge part 766d near the center of a reel rotary force transmission member 755 or the center of a main reel is smaller than that of the outer side edge part 766e far from the center of the reel rotary force transmission member 755 or the center of the main reel. Further, a roller abutting part 755A which is a prescribed part of the reel rotary force transmission member 755 is a slope inclined matched with the tapered peripheral surface of the roller 766.
