PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing malfunction by the instability of start winning ball detection signals when power is supplied. SOLUTION: A main control circuit 11 executes the start winning ball detection signal input processing of storing start winning ball information having [0] in a storage circuit 12 when the start winning ball detection signal output from a start winning ball detector 4a is at an [L] level and storing start winning ball information having [1] in the storage circuit 12 when it is at an [H] level. Then, when the start winning ball information stored in the storage circuit 12 is changed from [0] to [1], drawing processing is started. When power is supplied, the main control circuit 11 stores the start winning ball information having [1] in the storage circuit 12, and then starts the start winning ball detection signal input processing.
