PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work-assisting tool for grape cultivation or the like, having a structure suitably giving a biasing force for lifting the arms of a worker and a biasing force for supporting the neck portion. SOLUTION: This work-assisting tool for the grape cultivation or the like, which can bias at least one arm of the worker by an elastic force to support the arm in a lifted state is characterized by comprising a body-fixing portion 10 mounted on the body of the worker, arm-receiving portions 20 which are portions for receiving and supporting the arms of the worker, and a long elastic member 30 which is formed from a shape memory alloy having an ultra-elastic characteristic in a long shape, whose lower end side 31 is fixed to the body-fixing portion 10, whose upper end portion 32 is fixed to the arm-receiving portion 20, and which is disposed between the body-fixing portion 10 and the arm-receiving portions 20.
