PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cushioning property of a cushion layer provided on a vehicular interior member. SOLUTION: An arm rest 20 as the vehicular interior member, the cushion layer 34 is provided between a base material 22 and a skin material 28. The cushion layer 34 is provided with: a slab body 36 provided so as to cover the base material 22 and having elasticity; and a grain layer 38 comprising movable grains 40 provided between the slab body 36 and the skin material 28, and having elasticity.
