PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform image processing by properly dividing up a subject from image information into each processing target. SOLUTION: An image pickup device includes: an image acquiring part which acquires image data by picking up the image of an object; a distance information acquiring part which acquires a distance from the subject included within each region to the image pickup position of the image data for each of a plurality of regions constituting the acquired image data; a distinguishing information acquiring part which acquires distinguishing information for distinguishing the subject from the image data; and an object generating part which generates objects by dividing up the subject within the image data information into each processing target from the image data based on the shooting distances and the distinguishing information.
