PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce resources required for multiplexing a log, and to cope with the alteration of the log by an administrator. SOLUTION: A business server 10 and a business monitoring server 20 have different administrators. The business server 10 monitors a business log storage section 151, registers a business log in a monitoring log storage section 152 as a monitoring log when the business log satisfying conditions is registered, and transmits the monitoring log to the business monitoring server 20. The business monitoring server 20 receives the monitoring log transmitted from the business server 10, records the monitoring log in a monitoring log storage section 253, and determines the presence or absence of alteration to the monitoring log according to whether the monitoring log recorded in the monitoring log storage section 152 in the business server 10 coincides with that stored in the monitoring log storage section 253 in the business monitoring server 20.
