FIELD: personal use articles. ^ SUBSTANCE: cleaning device consists of the housing, front panel, control panel and bound framework. The housing surface is open. The front panel is installed at the housing side. The panel contains the housing cover, which forms a hole for washing loading, and painted outside cover, coupled with front surface of housing cover. The control panel is installed onto the upper side of front panel. The bound framework covers the edge of the front panel and control panel. The production method of cleaning device implies manufacturing of the housing cover using compression moulding, injection moulding of outside cover with paintable interpolymer, spraying of paint onto front surface of the cover, dehumidification of the painted outside cover and installation of the latter onto front surface of housing cover. ^ EFFECT: easy replacement of cleaning device front part, what allows for diversification of its appearance according to end user preferences. ^ 60 cl, 25 dwg |
