FIELD: medical equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: device includes body, having insertion hole, upper wing, provided on body periphery, and lower wing provided on body periphery which is spaced from upper wing such that patient's teeth are accommodated between lower wing and upperwing. Device also includes cap accommodating a portion of body.
