A horizontal Ferris wheel, that rises and falls. It could spin and at the to p it will allow the Users to see a view of the city from 360 degree angle with small light cable cars (for passengers) attached and spread along the outside of the wheel. At its centr e is a strong post possibly embedded in a waterway bed. At the top of the centre it is surrounded by a tube restaurant that could also spin. At the top of the post is a flame.
