The appliance has a rotative working tool (1) mounted in a receptacle (2), and a mixing unit (10) susceptible to be mounted in an opening (8) of a cover (7) associated to the receptacle. The mixing unit extends in the receptacle, and the working tool is driven through the bottom of the receptacle. A lateral support (30) is provided for receiving the mixing unit. A closing element (20) is provided for being engaged in an end of a hollow sleeve (12) of the mixing unit, where the sleeve forms an opened conduit (13). The mixing unit forms a spoon (11) made of polypropylene.
