The plant for cleaning circulating water, comprises a circulating water loop having circulating water units (11) such as circulating water humidifiers, air washers, spraying humidifiers and/or cooling towers, a central treatment unit (1) intended with a ozonizer (2) and a cavitator (3) that is coupled with the circulating water loop, and non-return valves arranged in flow lines and/or return lines of the circulating water units. The treatment unit comprises a controlling unit (4), which is coupled with the ozonizer and the cavitator. The non-return valves are connected with control drives. The return lines are coupled with a main flow, which connects the return lines with the treatment unit. The circulating water loop has an inlet for refeeding water, which is coupled with the main flow and arranged the central treatment unit.
