摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The method involves roughening a portion of a surface (21a) of a molybdenum foil (21) by blasting using a blasting agent that includes aluminum oxide, where the portion of the surface is connected with electrodes. The surface of the molybdenum foil is coated with a ruthenium containing material before the blasting, where the coating is performed using sputtering technique.
