The variable valve system of the invention comprises a crank shaft, a first camshaft, a second camshaft, a variable valve timing unit, a first power conveying part connected with the camshaft and the variable valve timing unit and conveying power from the camshaft to the variable valve timing unit, and a second power conveying part connected with the first camshaft and the second camshaft and conveying power from the first camshaft to the second camshaft; wherein phase angles of the first camshaft and the second camshaft are synchronically controlled by the variable valve timing unit.
