FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry, particularly to antiburning-on heat insulating paints for large-dimensioned moulds. Paint contains, wt %: zirconium powder- 70-75, bentonite - 2.5-4.5, dispenser 0.11-0.20, and water - the rest. In the capacity of dispenser it is used foaming agent on the basis of a-aliphine and foam-regulator on the basis of poly-methyl-poly-sylaxan in ratio 1.0:0.1. ^ EFFECT: paint application provides high strength and thermostability of coating with layer thickness 1,1-2,0 mm and increasing of moulds durability, and received bulky blanks allows high surface smoothness. ^ 2 tbl, 1 ex |
