FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to baller for metallic rod or dragged wire and/or bar. Baller for rod winded into coil contains winding mandrel, implemented in the form of drum with external flange, which can be opened for extraction of winded coil, and foundation flange, bearing overhanging mandrel, and connected to corresponding guiding means for winded material, and also guiding means for fettling of winded material and keeping at least some part of its first ring, joined to mandrel and to foundation flange, with guiding means are outfitted by corresponding driving facilities for location from the position, in which guiding means are joined to mandrel and to foundation flange, into forced backward from them position, guiding means include raw of clamping roller for compact occlusion of winded material in corresponding hollow during the forming at least some part of the first material ring, when guide way directly joined to mandrel, with hollow formed by denticulation, located in the form of ring and forming cogged felloe for keeping of material. ^ EFFECT: it is provided reliable attaching of wire with fettling into rewinder and reduction till the minimum of wire damage during the fettling . ^ 19 cl, 8 dwg |
