A pair of outputs (47, 48) outputs control signals for a pair of bypass valves (37, 38) respectively, where the control signal controls a portion of fresh air compressed by a compressor (13) and passing through an intercooler (16). Another portion of the compressed fresh air is directed to the intercooler.
