FIELD: medicine; orthopaedics and traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: two-semicircle "öÜÉ" modules are installed within knee joint transversally the limb axis with knee joint redressment. Thus a rubber tourniquet is applied on lower one-third of hip, slightly below the interface with middle third. Mixed 0.5% Novocaine solution 80-150 ml and lidase 1 ml is introduced into intercondyloid space of femur and in a projection of tendon bed of quadriceps muscle of thigh. The "öÜÉ" modules is installed with local anaesthesia. Two wire pins are delivered transversally the limb axis through superior one-third of shin bone and patella respectively. It is followed with knee joint redressment. ^ EFFECT: application of the given invention allows eliminating adhesions of space-occupying knee joint lesions, maintaining cosmetic and structural features of knee joint region and superior one-third of hip, preventing instability and gonarthrosis, restoring knee joint function over a short period of time. ^ 2 dwg |
