FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing of briquettes for metallurgical production, also can be used at manufacturing of building products and constructions. It is prepared mixture with moistening by liquid medium of iron-carbon wastes for electric furnace steelmaking, carburising material and bonding agent. Mixture is stacked into forms and after forming mixture is subject to cold compacting with simultaneous exposure to vibration mixture up to appearance in mixture thixotropy alteration. Moistening is implemented by liquid amount in the range 4-12 % of total weight of the mixture. Herewith in the capacity of bonding agent it is used refining slag, formed during the process of out furnace treatment of steel at unit furnace-ladle and which allows following chemical composition (wt %): SiO2 14-34, AL2O3 1.5-14, CaO 37-64, MgO 3-14, TiO2 0.05-0.5, MnO 0.14-2.6, FeO - less than 0.5. ^ EFFECT: briquettes with increased physicochemical properties with usage of binding agent of normal hardening, allowing increased corrosion resistance, and also recycling of metallurgical production. ^ 6 cl, 1 ex |
