FIELD: medicine; veterinary science. ^ SUBSTANCE: medium contains lactose, vitellus, glycerine and water. Besides, the medium contains macro and microelement complexonates, calcic omplexonate of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA-calcium), zinc complexonate (EDTA-zinc), copper complexonate (EDTA-copper) and antibiotics, including penicillin, streptomycin and polymyxin in ratio as follows: lactose - 105-115 g, EDTA-calcium - 0.45-0.80 g, EDTA-zinc - 1.0-1.7 g, EDTA-copper - 0.45-0.80 g, glycerine - 40-70 ml, vitellus - 170-200 ml, penicillin - 250-750 thousand units, streptomycin - 250-750 thousand units, polymyxin - 1.0-2.0 million units, distilled water - up to 1000 ml. ^ EFFECT: higher integrity of biological sperm adequacy and improved cow sterility indicator after the first insemination. ^ 3 tbl, 2 ex |
