The device has a tubular guiding body (1), where the device is formed with multiple arrangements. Turbulence of fluid is guided toward a longitudinal axis of the guiding body. The guiding body has an opening (6) formed along a longitudinal extension. The opening extends in a plane whose normal vector is arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the guiding body. Driving radiation nozzles are arranged for guiding the fluid at the opening or in the guiding body. The guidance body has cylindrical, ellipsoid or more-sharp-edged cross section. An independent claim is also included for a method for guiding turbulence of fluid.
