The device has a thermometer with a temperature sensor (1) and an indicator disc (3) housed in a casing closed by a transparent plate (9). The casing comprises an upper casing (10) with the indicator disc, and a bimetallic lower casing (2) with the sensor and a lateral wall. A thermal insulation body (6) is provided between the upper casing and the lower casing, and has a structure and material satisfying one of properties such as reduced thermal mass, strong capacity for absorption of heat under effect of infra-red radiation or heat flow and high thermal conductivity. |
