<p>The machine has a rotor (11) rotatably supported in a housing (1) or a stator (10). A magnetic module (5) of a magnetic brake has a permanent magnet (7) attached at the housing in a rotationally fixed manner. An electromagnet (9) is axially arranged adjacent to the magnet (7), where a main direction of a magnetic field of the electromagnet runs in the axial direction. An annular armature (22) cooperates with the magnets (7, 9). The magnet (7) is attached at the housing or stator in an axially resilient manner, and the armature is directly and rigidly attached to the rotor.</p> |
