<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a sound separator by suppressing omission of a conductive intermediate at the time of pressing. <P>SOLUTION: When the minimum bending R by pressing is set to r (μm) and average area in the plate thickness section of the conductive intermediate which exists in the material plate of the separator before pressing is set to S (μm<SP>2</SP>), r and S fill both formulas (1) 1≤0.56×√S and (2) 1.77×√S÷r≤0.1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
