<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the electronic component fitting structure of an electronic keyboard instrument which is low-cost, radiates heat that electronic components generate, and properly cuts off an electromagnetic wave radiated by a substrate while using the existent chassis of the electronic keyboard instrument. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic component fitting structure is equipped with an action chassis 4 which is molded by extruding a metallic material and extends in the array direction of a plurality of keys and when the action chassis 4 is molded, a substrate fitting part 21 is formed integrally therewith, the substrate 20 is fitted to the substrate fitting part 21, an electronic component 25 electrically connected to the substrate 20 is fitted in contact with the rear wall 11 of the action chassis 4.
