<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information reading device capable of reading a two-dimensional barcode displayed in the display unit of a mobile phone easily and unfailingly in any type of mobile phone. <P>SOLUTION: A front panel of which cross section shape seen from the side is of dog-leg shape is provided to the optical information reading device having an optical reading part that reads a two-dimensional barcode from a mobile terminal.
