The structure (1) is made from a set of interconnected layers i.e. drainage system layers, waterproof, elastic foil (3) and a web (4), where the interconnected layers have an entangled space (2). The space is provided at a top side with a covering web (9) that is equipped distributedly over total area of the space with a through-hole (5). The hole has a round, oval, square or polygonal cross section, and has width (B5) of 8 to 12 millimeters. The space includes a set of plastic fibers i.e. polyester fibers, each comprising a thickness (D2) of 2 to 4 millimeters. |
