The mirror has a mirror element (3) moved relative to a mirror carrier (4) in corresponding adjustment direction by using an adjusting device (7) e.g. pivoting device, that includes actuators (8, 9). The actuators are provided with shape memory elements (10, 11), which are partially made of shape memory alloy and shape memory polymer e.g. organic shape memory polymer. The shape memory elements are designed as spring elements and are coupled with reset elements (12, 13) e.g. reset springs.
