FIELD: textile. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of continuous production of cover from coated fabric as well as cover from coated fabric produced according to such method. The method of continuous production of cover from coated fabric includes application of the second cloth on the first. The cover contains at least one gas-proof tube formed by laying on each other cloths of coated fabric formed by warp threads and shots or cloths from felt. Both cloths are rigidly joined with each other by attaching cloths in binding area without a medium preventing from sticking. The tube is inflated with air to open it forming angle on the level of each joint of both cloths of each band providing mechanical properties and impermeability. Thereafter from at least another cloth containing a coating applied on a side at least two bands of fabric formed by wrap threads and shoots of particular length and width basically equalled the length of prepared tube are cut. An adhesive is applied on a side of each band opposite to the side containing a coating. Each band is doubled, folding on each other two halves of the sides, covered with adhesive for keeping these bands folded. Each folded bands is fixed on the first cloth lengthways, placing dividing line of two halves of the sides of each said band opposite to each other to produce at least one area of tube formation. A medium preventing sticking is applied over the area and side of the first cloth placed between adjoining bands. ^ EFFECT: production of gas-proof tube excluding air leakage. ^ 17 cl, 9 dwg |
