FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to separating installation for separation of stones, sand or other impurities from flushing fluid bearing cleaned product; it is intended for cleaning any root crop, particularly beet root, potatoes and others. The separating installation consists of a separator, whereto an inlet opening for supply of flushing fluid adjoins; flushing fluid carries product and impurities; further the separating installation also consists of an outlet opening for draining flushing fluid filled with cleaned product and of a transporting facility to withdraw impurities from the separator. A rotary screen facility is installed in the separator; the facility consists of a sieve with cylinder or conic surface partially immersed into flushing fluid; the sieve rotates around horizontal or slightly declined from horizon axis of rotation. In process of flushing cleaned product passes through the screened separation facility inside radius of the sieve in axial direction, while impurities pass through the sieve downward to be collected in the separator. The separator is intended to rotate around horizontal or slightly inclined to horizon axis of rotation; on its internal surface the separator is equipped with transporting pockets to collect impurities. ^ EFFECT: simplicity of maintenance, continuity of operation and reduced wear of installation parts. ^ 10 cl, 3 dwg |
