FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method for cleaning of devices in chemical plants or plants for hydrocarbons processing by means of closed circulating circuit creation. Method includes connection of device subject to cleaning to plant that mainly contains heating facilities, system of liquid circulation, connection system for creation of closed circuit, device for liquids inlet/outlet, control facilities and filtering facilities; creation of closed circulating circuit comprising device subject to cleaning and specified plant; filling the devices with sufficient amount of liquid on hydrocarbon base so that closed circuit for flow circulation is filled during the time of the following circulation, and liquid circulation. Circulating liquid is heated up to temperature of preferably from 100C to 600C, more preferably - from 150C to 500C and most preferable - from 200C to 400C, pressure of circulating liquid is created preferably from 1 to 50 bar, more preferably - from 10 bar to 50 bar and most preferably - from 25 bar to 50 bar. Liquid circulation is carried out preferably from 20 minutes to 7 days, at that cleaning operations status is monitored to determine cleaning time with the help of chemical and/or physical analysis. Then circulating liquid on hydrocarbon base is drained, circulating circuit is filled with water, water soluble liquid is entered into any suitable point to prepare water solution, and water solution circulation is carried out. Solution is heated preferably within the limits of 60C-150C, more preferably - 80C-130C and most preferably - 90C-120C, and pressure of circulating solution is created within the limits of 1-50 bar, more preferably - 1-25 bar and most preferably - 1-10 bar. Circulation is preferably performed from 20 minutes to 7 days. At that cleaning operations status is monitored, and circulation is stopped, when results of two serial measurements of total content of hydrocarbons in circulating water solution differ within the limits of +/-1%, then solution is drained. ^ EFFECT: provides for cleaning of devices in chemical plants or plants for hydrocarbons processing. ^ 37 cl, 9 dwg, 5 ex, 1 tbl |
