FIELD: construction industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: inventions refer to organic binding agents, sealants, mastic compounds and potting materials. Invention deals with bituminous polymeric material containing bitumen, plasticising agent and polymer. Synthetic ethylene propylene rubber SKEPT mixed with divinylstyrene thermoplastic elastomer at the following component ratio, in parts, is used as polymer: bitumen 0.93-0.1, plasticising agent 0.05-0.6, synthetic ethylene propylene rubber SKEPT 0.01-0.15, and divinylstyrene thermoplastic elastomer 0.01-0.15.
