<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission line distribution circuit and method for improving the band utilization rate of a transmission line, when performing link aggregation. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission line distribution circuit comprises a means of distributing an input frame, based on connection output transmission line information indicating correspondence of connection and an output destination transmission line; a means of measuring a distribution band of each output transmission line, connection information and a queue length and managing the measured values and an output enabled band of each output transmission line; a means of determining connection to change the transmission line based on the measured values, the output enabled band and transmission line change history information of the connection; a means of determining a changed output transmission line of the connection, based on the measured values and the output enabled band; and a means of updating the connection output transmission line information, if both the connection to be changed and the changed output transmission line are notified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
