摘要 <p>The method for converting carbon-containing raw materials (2) such as biomass into liquid fuels for internal combustion engines, comprises allothermically gasifying the raw materials in a fixed bed counter-flow gasifier (1) by introducing heated water steam (3) into the gasifier, cleaning the synthesis gas developed during gasification by a multi-cyclone (4), changing the temperature of the synthesis gas, and converting the synthesis gas into a liquid fuel in a Fischer-Tropsch reactor by a catalyzed chemical reaction. The water steam is used as gasification agents and heat transfer medium. The method for converting carbon-containing raw materials (2) such as biomass into liquid fuels for internal combustion engines, comprises allothermically gasifying the raw materials in a fixed bed counter-flow gasifier (1) by introducing heated water steam (3) into the gasifier, cleaning the synthesis gas developed during gasification by a multi-cyclone (4), changing the temperature of the synthesis gas, and converting the synthesis gas into a liquid fuel in a Fischer-Tropsch reactor by a catalyzed chemical reaction. The heated water steam is used as gasification agents and as heat transfer medium for the gasification and has a temperature of 1000[deg] C. A further gaseous medium is supplied to the gasifier separately from the heated water steam and has a temperature of less than 400[deg] C. The processing temperature in the gasifier is constant over ash melting point. The molecular structures of existing tars are broken-up into short-chain molecular structures after the cleaning process. The waste heat from the gasification process is used for a saturated steam production. A given part of developed synthesis gas is supplied to an exhaust gas developed during synthesis. A pressure generating device is intended, which increases the pressure of the synthesis gas supplied for conversion process. The saturated steam is overheated by a heat source and is released in a steam turbine before it is supplied to bulk-material regenerators (17, 18). During the conversion, resulting condensate is used as additional liquid to the condensate from a condenser (8) for the production of the saturated steam. The resulting tars and the dust are largely separated together in the multi-cyclone and are burned in the bulk material regenerators. The pipings and the cyclone are heated. The condenser is used for separating water and tar. The high temperatures are used for the bulk material regenerators, overheating the steam and cracking the tars resulting during gasification. An independent claim is included for a device for converting carbon-containing raw materials such as biomass into liquid fuels.</p>
