The mirror has a mirror unit (3) moved relative to a mirror carrier (4) in a corresponding adjusting direction by using an adjusting device (7) that is provided with actuators (8, 9). The actuators have shape memory elements (10, 11) i.e. spring element, where the shape memory elements are formed partially from a shape memory alloy or partially from organic shape memory polymer. The shape memory elements are coupled with a resetting element i.e. reset spring. The adjusting device is designed as a pivoting arrangement, and the mirror unit is pivotable with respect to the mirror carrier.
