<p>A multi-port rotary disc valve (10) adapted to allow fluid flow from at least one fluid source to a plurality of destinations, comprises a stator (21) with fluid flow ports including a plurality of individual ports (25) and at least one common port (27). Each of the individual ports (25) is adapted for fluid communication with at least one of the destinations, and the one common port (27) is adapted for fluid communication with the source. The individual ports are arranged in spaced apart relationship within an individual ports' stator sector (S s ) having a stator sector angular length (L s ). The valve further comprises a rotor (31) having at least a first, a second and a third rotor sector (S 1 ,S 2 ,S 3 ) (fig 3A) with channels arranged therein, being opened to the atmosphere or adapted to connect the fluid flow ports of the stator between them in a plurality of predetermined combinations. The first, second and third rotor sectors (S 1 ,S 2 ,S 3 ) have a first, second and third rotor sector angular length (L 1 ,L 2 ,L 3 ), respectively, wherein the first and the second rotor sectors (S 1 ,S 2 ) are spaced from each other and their angular length (S 1 ,S 2 ) is at least equal to said stator sector angular length (L s ).
