A method for cooking the black rice samgyetang (chicken broth with insam (ginseng) and other ingredients) or the green tea samgyetang are provided to reinforce the function of the liver by using the shell of an abalone. A method for cooking the medical herb samgyetang comprises the steps of (S100) putting the medical herb material and the shell of an abalone in water and boiling it; (S110) cooling the obtained broth, putting chicken to the broth and maturing it at -1 deg.C or less; and (S120) pouring water so as to allow the matured chicken to be dipped, putting the medical herb material and the shell of an abalone to it, and boiling it. |
