The piece has an oblong body (10) comprising a symmetrical plane orthogonal to a longitudinal axis. The body has lower and upper surfaces (15, 16), and through holes (12a, 12b) arranged in ends (11a, 11b) of the body along an axis parallel to the plane. Rectilinear notches (17, 17b) are arranged in the lower surface parallel to the plane and situated between the holes and the plane. A fixation unit fixes the body on flanges (4a, 4b) and cooperates with peripheral holes in the flanges. The body is made of light material e.g. thermoplastic, which is less sensitive to ambient environment.
